Some friends are 
visiting me from the UK so this weekend was very busy. I spent Friday preparing for their visit, so I did a lot of shopping and cooking.

After lunch we went to look around Abu Dhabi. My friends have visited Abu Dhabi before so I tried to find new places to show them. First we went to the new beach on Corniche Street, and we saw some guys wake-boarding there. Then we went to Khalifa Park and f
ound the museum there. That was very interesting and we had a fun ride around the exhibits. Our last stop was the Exhibition Centre where we went to the 'Brides Exhibition'. That was really fascinating because we got some insights about Emirati weddings and learnt about incense, Arabic coffee and wedding traditions.
